In-House Maintenance Staff Support

As a member of the Local 39 Operating Engineers Union, Legacy will work alongside you as needed to supplement your in house staff in whatever capacity necessary to help your in house staff be successful.
We can provide temporary support for vacation, sick, and FMLA leave to provide shift back-up for as needed operations and engineering needs.
24/7/365 emergency support for catastrophic incidents requiring immediate personnel support at a property to mitigate losses and restore building operations.
Support of tenant calls during high volume periods such as heat waves or resets of systems after power outages.
Shutdowns or de-commissioning of building systems at vacant buildings.
