If I can give a 10 I would, great communication and follow up. We have not had any bad experiences w/Legacy. The system is old, but the techs keep me well informed w/system and the techs will let me know what can be expected.
Some properties have older systems that will have more issues, but James Moore always comes through if needed. Really responsive and is always available when something comes up. James is over the top and is excellent, very knowledgeable of all systems, and can fix issues. Great communication and follow up.
